1. HOW DO I APPLY TO BE A MUA / HAIR STYLIST AT THE FOSTER BEAUTY FASHION SHOW?

Submit an online application by 5:00 PM (EST) Monday, November 14th 2022.
QUALIFICATIONS TO SHOWCASE AT THE FOSTER BEAUTY FASHION SHOW:

Versatility. Ability to do hair/makeup on multiple ranges of skin tones and hair textures

Ability to work well under pressure

Demonstrate talent and consistency through portfolio
2. IS THERE A FINANCIAL OBLIGATION TO PARTICIPATE IN THE FOSTER BEAUTY FASHION SHOW?

There is no financial obligation for our volunteer stylists to participate in our event.
MUA / Hair Stylist Package Includes:
- Social Media Promotion
- Stylist bio and link to website and/or social media on the Foster Beauty Fashion Show website
- Advertisement in the event program
- Digital photo package of runway show upon completion of the event
3. AM I REQUIRED TO BRING MY OWN SUPPLIES?
All MUA / Hair Stylists must bring all tools and equipment necessary to achieve the desired runway looks. The FBFS will supply additional materials. *Models may be asked to bring their own foundation and designers will be responsible for supplying any approved hair pieces or special makeup accessories.
4. IF SELECTED AS A MUA / HAIR STYLIST, WHEN AND HOW WILL I BE NOTIFIED?
All applicants will be notified via email within one week of receipt of application.
5. IF SELECTED, WILL TRAVEL TO/FROM THE EVENT AND ACCOMMODATIONS BE PROVIDED?
MUA / Hair Stylists are responsible for the following:

TRAVEL: Will be responsible for their own travel to/from the rehearsal and the fashion show.

ACCOMMODATIONS: Will be responsible for their own hotel accommodations for both the fitting/rehearsal and the fashion show.
6. WHAT TAKES PLACE AT THE FITTING/REHEARSAL AND WHY IS IT MANDATORY?
MUA / Hair Stylists will meet with their designers and models, discuss hair and makeup vision, express expectations, view a full run-through of the shows and more.
7. WILL I HAVE ACCESS TO PHOTOS FROM THE FOSTER BEAUTY FASHION SHOW?
Stylists can access pictures following the event. All participants registering with the Foster Beauty Fashion Show agree that all photos are the property of Foster Beauty LLC, and may be used for promotional and marketing efforts.
